AIP Enterprises (the "Company") was established in 1965 by a couple in the small town of Pasig. With a P500 capital to start a business, the Urbano S. Pasco Cotton Rags came to exist. A small space in the couple's house and a few sewing machines were used to jumpstart the business. In 1975, the Company changed its name from Urbano S. Pasco's Cotton Rags to AIP Enterprises. During the years, the Company added janitorial items to its product offering and became the major line of business. Three years after, the Company outgrew its space and moved its operations to a newly constructed building to handle larger inventory and added equipment to meet the increased demand for the products. The Company's clients belong to the top 1000 Corporation in the Philippines in over 47 years in business. In 2012, the Company's ownership was acquired and converted the structure of the Company to a corporation. The new name is AIPEnterprises Inc. For almost five decades, the Company stands strong and firm in the business world despite economic challenges faced by the country throughout the years. The success was accomplished by providing high quality products and dedicated service to valued clients. With its acquisition by the next generation, the Company is geared to address changes in the market place and expand its market through diversified industries carrying new lines of products and equipment.
